Gardens of Farnham competition
This competition takes place in the spring / summer and is open to residents and community groups in Farnham. This includes Badshot Lea, Hale, Upper Hale, The Bourne, Boundstone, Heath End, Moor Park, Rowledge, Weybourne, Wrecclesham and the town centre.
Activities for schools
Every year many Farnham schools take part in Farnham in Bloom. Schools can get involved in a variety of activities such as the schools’ hanging basket competition, the best school garden, growing the tallest sunflower and biggest pumpkin.

Each step is simple to follow, and whether you are growing in a garden, on a balcony, or in pots, these videos are the perfect way to learn and discover the joy of growing your own food and flowers.
Bloomin’ Kids’ Gardening Workshops
Free gardening workshops for children aged five and over. The workshops take place during the Easter and October half term holidays. They are run by volunteers and include two hours of garden and nature-based craft activities.
