An evening with James Fox
A Farnham Literary Festival pop-up event during Farnham Craft Month.
Join us for an evening with academic, best-selling author and multi-award-winning, BAFTA-nominated broadcaster James Fox to mark the paperback release of Craftland.
Craftland is a celebration of the deeply necessary connection between our creative instincts and the material world we inhabit. From blacksmiths and wheelwrights to cutlers and coopers, Fox seeks out the country’s last remaining master craftspeople.
In 2020, Farnham was designated England’s first World Craft Town by the World Craft Council. As one of only a handful of World Craft Cities in Europe, this recognition celebrates Farnham’s thriving community of makers and the important role craft plays in the town.
Tickets must be booked in advance.
Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm.
