Apply to be a stallholder at the Farnham Wellbeing and Sustainability Festival on Sunday 17 May 2026.

This event will be held between 11am – 4pm in Gostrey Meadow.

  • Each pitch space is 3 metres by 3 metres. Gazebos, electricity and tables are at an additional cost. If you are unsure what category you are in please email [email protected]

    Please email [email protected] if you would like to apply for a 10% discount if your business is located within the GU9/GU10 postcode areas. Please note that your application will initially be in a review process. If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks please contact [email protected]. If you are selected, we require full payment within 28 days of the invoice date to confirm your space.
    If you are selected to present a demonstration, we will offer a 50% discount on the cost of your pitch.

    If you are intending to sell alcohol you will need a personal licence. You will NOT need to apply for a TENS licence.
