Farnham Christmas Market Stallholder Application

Apply to be a stallholder at the Farnham Christmas Market on Sunday 13 December 2026.

This event will be held between 10am – 4pm.

Please note that due the current Farnham Infrastructure Programme works, this year’s Farnham Christmas Market will be taking place in an alternative location in Farnham Town Centre. The exact location will be confirmed in due course.

Farnham Christmas Market Stallholder Application 2026

  • This will be put on your vehicle pass and will be used if we have urgent information to pass on.
  • Please select from categories listed.
  • This will be put on your vehicle pass and will be used if have urgent information to pass on.
  • The price below is based on a standard 3m x 3m pitch. Options after will then allow you to add corners/additional space, etc. Please note a half mini marquee is half of a 4.5m x 3m marquee that we would supply.
  • These pitches will either be a corner pitch with public able to access side frontage or a side pitch where public can access at least one side frontage in addition to the front of your stall.
  • This is on the basis that your second pitch will be added next to your earlier selected pitch, therefore giving you 6m x 3m to trade from.
  • Please ensure all devices are in good condition and are PAT tested.
  • Gazebos are 3m x 3m and are available for hire. These will be set up prior to your arrival and then dismantled at the end of the day. (Note: if you want to hire half a mini marquee (4.5mx3m), make sure you have selected it in the pitch location dropdown above), you do not have to select gazebo hire.
  • A maximum of 2 tables per stall.

    Payment Information: Your application will be in review process once received. We aim to respond within 2 weeks. Once agreed please make full payment within 28 days of receiving invoice.

    Sponsorship of the event will provide your businesses with significant promotion prior to and at the event. Various packages are available.
