Adult learning

Child care

Surrey County Council holds details of registered child care providers, which includes childminders, breakfast clubs, after school clubs and holiday playschemes.

Adult learning

Farnham Adult Learning Centre offers courses where you can learn a new skill such as a craft, or a language or improve your IT skills or something completely new.

Farnham University of the Third Age (U3A) is people aged over 50 who are retired or semi-retired. A variety of classes and activities are offered.


Farnham Sixth Form College offers further education for 16-18 year olds.

Waverley Training Services offers training and apprenticeships for young people.

Farnham’s Post-19 Group offers community based learning for young adults with learning difficulties.


The University of Creative Arts (UCA) is a specialist university for creative art students.
