Farnham Literary Festival 2026

The fifth annual Farnham Literary Festival is taking place 5 – 15 March 2026.

With over 60 events programmed across a dozen venues in 11 days, this chapter of the festival is not one to miss!

Immerse yourself in a vibrant programme of books, novels, poetry, spoken word, illustration, film, theatre, creative writing and flash fiction; bringing together writers, thinkers, performers and artists for a lively celebration of ideas and storytelling.

Farnham Town Council, in partnership with the Blue Bear Bookshop, is delighted to once again invite young people to connect with inspiring local talent, bestselling authors and creative voices from across the literary world to inspire confidence, curiosity and a lifelong connection to books with this year’s schools programme initiative.
