Farnham Walking Festival

Farnham Town Council are delighted to welcome you to the eleventh annual Farnham Walking Festival, a three‑week celebration of what Farnham’s great outdoors has to offer.

This free programme offers over 30 guided walks, each designed to showcase the best of Farnham’s villages, woodlands and the rolling countryside of Surrey and Hampshire.

Running from 9 May – 31 May 2026, the festival has something for everyone: from gentle town strolls to invigorating 10-mile hikes across the Surrey Hills. All walks are kindly led by knowledgeable experts who bring each route to life, covering themes of nature and wildlife, history and heritage, local community and health and wellbeing.
