Counselling is an opportunity to talk in a safe, non-judgemental space, about anything you are struggling with. Based on the edge of central Farnham in a lovely barn, I work with young people over 16, adults and couples. I offer daytime and early evening in-person appointments, and also see clients on a Saturday. Since in-person counselling does not suit everyone, I also offer online and telephone sessions if you prefer to work in that way. I have considerable experience supporting a wide range of issues including loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
