1) To note the changes being proposed for the NHS in England in the 10 year plan and their potential implications locally with the breakup of Frimley ICS and the expected merger with Surrey Heartlands impacting on Farnham.

2) To consider other expected changes with the suggested reorganisation of local government in Surrey.
