Farnham serves up a feast at Food Festival 2025
Farnham’s town centre was transformed into a foodie paradise on Sunday 28 September when, despite the drizzle, thousands flocked to the ever-popular as the ever-popular Farnham Food Festival.
With Castle Street and The Borough closed to traffic, over 100 stalls lined the street showcasing the very best in food and drink. The atmosphere was buzzing as food lovers sampled local produce, international dishes, and sweet treats.
Highlights included a lively cookery demonstration stage in The Borough, headlined by chef Ben Harris who was joined by chefs from Lorna’s Indian Kitchen, Henry Hampshire, Little Fish Sushi, and Petite Patisserie. Visitors were also treated to the return of the infamous chilli eating competition hosted by Hot Pods Chilli Products, talks and a fantastic line-up of live music across two stages.
Councillor Kika Mirylees, Lead Member for Culture and Business, said: “We were delighted to see so many people enjoying this year’s Food Festival with many stalls selling out early. The event brought our community together, celebrated fantastic local producers, and really captured the friendly, vibrant spirit of Farnham.”
The Festival was proudly supported by Gold sponsors Kidd Rapinet and the Bush Hotel, and Bronze sponsor Durham House Chiropractic Clinic.
