If you are over 75 and/or a family carer, wanting to find out about local services and events in Farnham to support you to live well this winter, then your Farnham GP Practice invites you to attend the third year of our Winter Wellbeing Hub!
Various organisations will be there to help you discover services like; befriending, social groups, blood pressure checks, carers support and much more.
