Castle Street

The Mayor of Farnham and Vice Lord Lieutenant will be joined by representatives of the armed forces, uniformed services, scout groups and local dignitaries in a parade from Castle Street to the war memorial.

There will be a short service at 10.45am followed by two minutes of silence at 11am and then a march past. The parade will continue past the Town Hall on South Street, ending at St Andrew’s Church for a remembrance service led by the Revd David Uffindell.

People are invited to line the parade route.

Rolling road closures

There will be a rolling road closure starting at 10.10am on Castle Street and throughout the remembrance route (The Borough, South Street, Union Road, Victoria Road and Downing street) until  approximately 11.40am.

10.28am The Borough closed

10.30am South Street closed

10.30am South Street from the A31 closed

10.35am Castle Street opens

10.40am The Borough Opens

10.50am limited opening of South Street

11.10am South Street closed

11.20am Victoria Road closed

11.20am Longbridge closed

11.20am Union Road closed

11.40am All roads open
