This course introduces mindfulness meditation using mindfulness of the body, the breath, the emotions and thinking.  At the end of the six weeks you will know how to bring compassion to your moment to moment experiences of life. This is a six week course ideal for those new to mindfulness and those who want to deepen their practice. Bookings are now open for an in-person course at Farnham Quaker Meeting House starting on Friday 24th February 2023 at 10am.  This is a 6 week course and costs £90 with concessions available. (No one is ever turned away)
