Coronation Day Event – Stallholders application

To be held on Saturday 5th May 2023 in Gostrey Meadow and screening the Coronation on big LED screen alongside a stage with live music until 5pm.

Stallholders Information

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event then please read the Terms & Conditions and complete the application form below. We would love to have your business involved in this fantastic historic day in Farnham.

  • Each pitch is 3 metres by 3 metres. Gazebos, electricity and tables are at an additional cost.

    Please email accounts@farnham.gov.uk if you would like to apply for a 10% discount if your business is located within the GU9/GU10 postcode areas. Your application will be in review process once received. We aim to respond within 2 weeks. Once agreed please make full payment within 28 days of receiving invoice either by BACS to HSBC. Sort code: 40-21-05. Account number 31141023. IMPORTANT: Please put reference to your stall name.
