Christmas Market Stallholder Information – Sunday 11th December 2022

One of the busiest one day Christmas markets in the South East and set across five locations within the beautiful Town Centre of Farnham.

This year we add The Ivy Club, just off the Borough specifically for local makers of Arts and Crafts with prices set to reflect our support.

Farnham Christmas Market 2022 Stallholder Application

  • This will be put on your vehicle pass and will be used if we have urgent information to pass on.

  • Firstly, please select your pitch location (we will try to accommodate where we can). Castle Street and The Borough options are based on a standard 3m x 3m pitch or Half Mini Marquee option (2.5m x 3m) which we supply. Ivy Club options are indoor tables or outdoor 3x3 spaces. Options after will then allow you to add corners/additional space, etc
  • These pitches will either be a corner pitch with public able to access side frontage or a side pitch where public can access at least one side frontage in addition to the front of your stall.
  • This is on the basis that your second pitch will be added next to your earlier selected pitch, therefore giving you 6m x 3m to trade from.
  • Electricity is available in Castle Street & The Borough only. All eletrical equipment must be PAT tested. No generators are permitted.
  • Gazebos are 3m x 3m. Mini Marquees are either hired as full (4.5m x 3m) or half (2.25m x 3m). These will be set up prior to your arrival and then dismantled at the end of the day. (Note: if selecting half mini marquee, make sure you have selected it in the pitch location dropdown above).
  • A maximum of 2 tables per stall.
  • We will take your preference into consideration, however due to various other factors we cannot promise that you will be in a certain area.

    Payment Information: Your application will be in review process once received. We aim to respond within 2 weeks. Once agreed please make full payment within 28 days of receiving invoice either by BACS to HSBC. Sort code: 40-21-05. Account number 31141023. IMPORTANT: Please put reference to your stall name. Or pay by cheque addressed to Farnham Town Council, Council Offices, South Street, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7RN.

    If you are selling food and drink products you must submit a hygiene certifcate.
