Christmas Market Stallholder Information

The market has been traditionally set across five locations and with the potential in 2019 for us to add a further new indoor and outdoor location. What we can promise you is that the outdoor locations include two historic streets which makes for a beautiful backdrop.

Farnham Christmas Market 2019 Stallholder Application

  • This will be put on your vehicle pass and will be used if we have urgent information to pass on.

  • Firstly, please select your pitch location. The price below is based on a standard 3m x 3m pitch (with the exception of Bush Conference Room where you have a table and Half Mini Marquee option which is 2.5m x 3m). Options after will then allow you to add corners/additional space, etc.
  • These pitches will either be a corner pitch with public able to access side frontage or a side pitch where public can access at least one side frontage in addition to the front of your stall.
  • This is on the basis that your second pitch will be added next to your earlier selected pitch, therefore giving you 6m x 3m to trade from.
  • Electricity is available in Castle Street & The Borough only. All eletrical equipment must be PAT tested. No generators are permitted. Electricity can be provided in Bush conference room for no extra charge.
  • Gazebos are 3m x 3m. Mini Marquees are either hired as full (4.5m x 3m) or half (2.25m x 3m). These will be set up prior to your arrival and then dismantled at the end of the day. (Note: if selecting half mini marquee, make sure you have selected it in the pitch location dropdown above).
  • A maximum of 2 tables per stall. Those in the Bush conference room will receive a table included in their pitch fee (or 2 if booked a double pitch).
  • We will take your preference into consideration, however due to various other factors we cannot promise that you will be in a certain area.

    Payment Information: Please make full payment within 28 days of submitting your application either by BACS to Please tick how you will be paying for the pitch. Account details are: HSBC. Sort code: 40-21-05. Account number 31141023. IMPORTANT: Please put reference to your stall name. Or pay by cheque addressed to Farnham Town Council, Council Offices, South Street, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7RN.
  • If you are selling food and drink products you must submit a hygiene certifcate.
  • If you are intending to sell alcohol you will need to provide a copy of your personal licence.
  • Please upload a copy of your risk assessment.
    Sponsorship of the event will provide your businesses with significant promotion prior to and at the event. Various packages are available
