Enjoy the rare experience of an outdoor soundbath in nature. The sounds of the instruments will be combined with the elements and natural sounds of the woods to create a beautiful sonic tapestry which will sooth and relax the mind and body. The joint experience of a visit to Alice Holt combined with the calming sounds of the gongs will create a rare and deeply therapeutic experience like no other.

Accessability: This session will take place in the woods a short walk down from the Activity Centre at Alice Holt. There is a small stream to step over and a short slope to gain access to the soundbath site.

The soundbath will take place regardless of the weather, it will all add to the experience. Please dress appropriately for the outdoor activity. You should bring something to rest on, a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. It is fine to bring a camping chair to sit instead. There will be no spare mats etc at the site so please bring everything you need. There is a car parking fee to gain entrance to Alice Holt. Please see the Alice Holt website for details.

The sessions are not normally suitable for people with seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions or early stages of pregnancy but frequently these conditions can be addressed on an individual basis and a solution found.
