The winner of Farnham Town Council’s Twelve Days of Christmas competition was announced just in time for Christmas.

Chris Choi’s name was randomly picked by the Mayor of Farnham and Alison Ruse from Farnham Veterinary Hospital, Principal sponsor of Christmas in Farnham. The prize for successfully completing a walking trail and matching 12 Christmas illustrations with the participating businesses was a Christmas hamper packed full of goodies.

The Mayor of Farnham, Councillor Alan Earwaker said: “I am delighted that Chris received this wonderful hamper just in time for Christmas. I would like to thank the businesses that supported the competition by donating items for the hamper, and everybody who took part in the trail. My thanks also go to Farnham Veterinary Hospital for helping us to put on a Christmas events programme which was enjoyed by thousands of residents and visitors.”

The Christmas Window Trail is just one example of how Farnham Town Council supports local businesses by organising events and activities that encourage shoppers into the town centre.
