Yoga for Runners Course

Our 4-week Yoga for Runners Course will incorporate yoga alongside the latest Biomechanics research. Learn what parts of your body you are under-or-over utilising when running (including the all-important cooling up and down).

You will be taught how to stretch more effectively, help your body to adapt to running on all terrain and become more self-aware of how your body is responding to your runs. You’ll notice a marked difference in both body and mind when the 4-weeks are up.
