From tradition to innovation ‘ Clayfeast’ offers a marvellous opportunity for all in the community to explore the relationship between clay and food through hands on workshops making clay ‘food’ . Hands and kitchen equipment; icing nozzles, Ravioli Rolling pins, Garlic Presses and pastry cutters can inspire and enable a clayfeast to remember.

Heritage, history and ritual will be stitched together through events, exhibitions and shared food. Everything made will be kept and displayed on a banqueting table viewed and then destroyed with water pistols and plant sprays to reflect the cycle of destruction and remaking. Accompanied children welcome.
