Along Moor Park Heritage trail you will pass the site of a Middle Stone Age Camp; a mysterious cave with legends; the home and historical gardens of Sir William Temple as well as many remnants of World War II defences. Information panels have been placed at strategic points along the walk to give some interesting facts about the features highlighted.
The trail is in close proximity to Waverley Abbey and it is worth combining a visit to the Abbey with your walk along the trail.
Leaflets are available from Farnham Town Council's Visitor Information Points.
Please note that the surface of the path is a weather dependent surface of packed earth. Though firm when dry, the surface will become slippery and soft in places when wet, during the winter months. Some parts of the trail may be too steep for those with manual wheelchairs.
