The Town Clerk is the responsible financial officer (RFO) for the Council as well as being the head of the paid staff.

Rachel is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Council's administration, finances, planning services and cemeteries. Rachel manages the office and administration team.

Kevin Taitt (Team Leader - Grounds & Services)

Kevin is responsible for Farnham in Bloom, cemetery maintenance, the provision of burials, allotments, public conveniences and health and safety in all outside work area. Kevin manages the Outside Maintenance Team.

Cath is responsible for developing, promoting Town and Rural Development. Cath works with the community to help improve the visual appearance and facilities of Farnham's rural wards.

Ginny is responsible for the Town Council's general administration and for the co-ordination and promotion the monthly Farnham Farmers' Market.

Stephanie Keenan (Civic & Mayoral Secretary)
Stephanie is responsible for managing the Mayor's diary and for organising, coordinating and supporting the Council’s civic and ceremonial events and functions. Stephanie is also responsible for supporting the Town Council's committees.
Richard Margetts (Grounds Maintenance Supervisor)
Richard is responsible for undertaking and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Grounds Maintenance Team.

Groundsmen
The Grounds Maintenance Team is responsible for general maintenance and waste disposal in the cemeteries and allotments, as well as all aspects of Farnham in Bloom.
Service Support Staff
There are currently two Housekeeping Staff, Michal and Thapa. Their responsibilities include the maintenance of the public conveniences, bus shelters, graffiti removal and updating the Council notice boards.
