Council Meetings Information
Every 6 to 7 weeks a meeting of the Full Council is held.
Every Councillor that represents Farnham sits on Full Council. The Full Council determines the business of Farnham Town Council as a corporate body. Full Council is chaired by the Town Mayor and Vice Chaired by the Deputy Town Mayor. Meetings of Full Council take place every six to eight weeks.
The full Council meets to make decisions about the local area. The agendas are available to read in the Documents and Downloads section.
The Council as a body follows a set of rules called Standing Orders.
Where are Council Meetings held?
The meetings will be held in the Council Chamber, South Street, Farnham GU9 7RN. All the meetings will start at 7.00pm and are always on a Thursday.

How do I get an agenda?
Agendas for the meetings are issused to members of Farnham Town Council and the press in advance and are also available on the Council's website in the Document and Downloads section. You can also collect an agenda from the Council Offices in South Street.

Can I speak at the meetings?
There are 2 opportunities to speak at Council Meetings.
The first 15minutes of the meeting are allocated for anyone that lives or works in Farnham to ask a question.
Members of the public are also welcome to speak at the invitation of the Town Mayor on any items which appear on the Council agenda. They may also ask a question on any matter which comes within the Town Council's remit.
You may also write into the Council before a meeting on an issue and your question will be answered by the Mayor before the meeting starts.
