Town Mayor's Coffee Mornings

The Mayor of Farnham, Councillor Gillian Mary Beel, regularly holds Ward Coffee Mornings for the residents of Farnham and the surrounding area.  

At these Coffee Mornings local residents who have been randomly selected  from the electoral roll are invited  to join her and some of the elected members to talk about issues affecting the town and the area where they live.   In other words, the highs and lows of living and working in Farnham.   

The residents do the talking and the Mayor and elected members listen.  Where appropriate, the council either takes action itself or passes on the views expressed to the relevant authority. 

Subjects raised vary from traffic congestion to the wonderful hanging basket displays around the town.
