New Bin and Seats for Sandy Hill
Unveil of the new seats and Bin
Farnham Town Council has provided 2 new seats and a bin for the Top Lady area of the Sandy Hill estate.
The Town Mayor, Councillor Lucinda Fleming , Ward Councillor Victor Duckett, Chairman of the Residents Association of Sandy Hill, Steve Newport were pleased to unveil the new seats and litter bin with a delighted local resident Joella Mortimer.
The Residents Association of Sandy Hill approached the Town Council with its request. Ward Councillor, Cllr Victor Duckett comments ‘It is great that the Town Council, working with the local Residents Association ,RASH, was able to do this in response to the request by the local residents of Top Lady Place’.
Steve Newport, Chairman of the Residents Association, is delighted with the new additions and comments ‘it is nice to see that the new facilities have already been well used’
