How to Sponsor

Corporate Sponsorship

At present, Farnham Town Council is seeking corporate sponsorship. The Council is conducting a sealed bids process to secure sponsorship. Corporate sponsors are invited to bid for the 1 or more of the following areas in Farnham:
- Castle Street
- Downing Street/The Borough
- East Street/The Woolmead
- South Street
- Union Road
An opening bid of £500 or more is requested. The highest bidder will secure sponsorship for the area.
Please note, Tindle Newspapers have agreed to act as corporate sponsor for West Street.
Corporate sponsorship is an excellent chance for your business to be linked to a prestigious community event and distinctly promote your company throughout the town. The highest bidder for each area will benefit from the following:
Extensive high-profile visibility, including your company name and logo:
• On selected tubs/planters
• Near areas of floral displays
• Displayed around the town
• Displayed at the head of the Sponsor Board in South Street throughout the summer
• Involvement and press coverage at the launch event
• Involvement and press coverage on Judging Day
• Acknowledgement as a corporate sponsor on all event marketing and promotional materials, including press releases, newsletters and letterheads
• Your company name, logo and link to your website on the Farnham in Bloom pages of the Farnham Online website
• Association with a Gold winning event
• Association with a major community and environmental project.

Sponsorship of Hanging Baskets
Individual shops, retailers, businesses, pubs and restaurants can sponsor hanging baskets at the following levels:
- 1 basket - £35
- 2 baskets - £50
- 3 baskets - £65
Sponsorship, unlike alternative methods of advertising, engages an audience in a positive and original way and is a regular reminder of your presence to the local community. As a sponsor you will help make Farnham a more attractive and prosperous place in which to live, work and visit.
By sponsoring Farnham in Bloom, you will benefit from:
- Company/individual name of all of Farnham in Bloom publicity
- Company /individual name and a link to your website on this section of the website
- Company name on all Farnham in Bloom press releases
- Association with a gold award community event
